Meet the Team

Rachael has been part of our practice for over 10 years. She started here as a dental assistant after completing her education in dental assisting in 2016, then cross-trained in the front office and gradually took on more administrative responsibilities as time progressed. Today, as Practice Administrator, she enjoys bringing her experience from both sides of dentistry to help keep things running smoothly and make sure our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

What she enjoys most about her work is getting to know her patients, supporting her coworkers, and being part of a practice where people are genuinely treated like family. Outside of the office, Rachael spends most of her time with her husband and dogs. She enjoys gardening, reading, playing video games, and being outdoors whenever she gets the chance.

Izzy is a member of the front desk team. She has prior experience working in the administrative side of dentistry, and loves getting to apply her current knowledge as well as learning new ways to make the patient experience the best it can be!

Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time with her boyfriend & cat, painting intricate portraits & landscapes, and spending time outdoors.

Erica has been a valued member of our dental practice since 2021. She studied general science at Indiana University Bloomington and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Ivy Tech South Bend in 2011.  She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair.

Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors, attending concerts, and cooking. She especially cherishes quality time with her husband, son, and their two Pomeranians.

Greta grew up in Fishers, Indiana, where she currently resides. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Greta joined Mouchaham Dentistry in June 2026. She loves building relationships with patients while helping them improve their oral health and feel confident in their smiles.

Outside of the office, Greta enjoys walking local trails, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family. Fun fact: Greta has spent every summer in Northern Michigan since she was just one month old!

Kathey has been an EFDA at the practice for over eight years. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Dental Assisting program, with more than 30 years of experience.  She values the importance of educating patients and making them feel comfortable during their treatment.

In her spare time, Kathey loves spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loves to bake, garden, read, and travel when time allows.

Amanda has been working in dentistry for 25 years and has been at the practice since 2023. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry Assisting Program. She loves getting to work closely with the team, taking care of our patients, and be a part of creating a positive experience every day.

Amanda is a wife and mom of four, and part of a big close-knit family with four sisters. When she is not at work, you will usually find her enjoying the simple things in life. She loves walking her dog, cheering on her husband while he coaches baseball, and spending countless hours in the stands watching her kids play college sports. Family, sports, and making memories are what shes loves the most!
